- Cargo transportation: Weight and type of cargo, destination and trucking point.
- Aerial transportation: Number of passengers and personal descriptions, location of photography, date and hour of photography, and permission from the Ministry of Defense.
- Other: Complete information on the purpose of the flight.

Permission to take photographs must be obtained from the Ministry of Defense at least ten days in advance. |

|
Photography locations, takeoff/landing points, photographers and photographic equipment must be identified in the application for permission.
Exposed films must be checked by military security and by the HQ of military intelligence. |
