Using helicopter for passenger ransport
When applying the contents of helicopter flying over the phone or through FAX, technical matters such as legal procedure and possibility of take off and landing at requested regions required for helicopter flying will be reviewed before flying dates are confirmed. Please send an enquiry to the person in charge through a mail or FAX for a quotation regarding the helicopter flying you requested. After contracting the helicopter use, please send the charter fees until three days before flying and send the receipt to the manager via FAX. It may be the case that it is not possible to fly helicopter on the date of flying due to weather or other circumstances, so please make sure the helicopter passengers have alternative means of transport. Requirements for reservation :: Date of use and time, place of departure, place of landing, number of passengers, passenger information (attachment, resident registration number and address), and emergency contact

Application should be completed at least 10 days before using helicopter due to obtaining permission at the photographing area. (However, if the photographing area includes major national facilities or military regions, permission may not be granted therefore consultation is required with the person in charge.) Requirements for reservation :: Date of photographing and time, place of photographing, purpose of photographing, photographing device list, number of passengers, passenger information and emergency contact To apply for aerial photography, please make application after having consultations with the manager. The below fees are shown in hourly rates. (VAT not included)

Limitations of flight
The helicopter flight may be limited depending on the weather conditions of places of departure/landing and of the flying path. The weather condition that is possible for helicopter to fly is at least 5km (3 mile) of visibility and the cloud height of at least 450m (1,500ft). Due to the government regulations, helicopters flight is only possible during the day. The flight may be prohibited due to NOTAM (Notice To Airman). NOTAM refers to the prohibition of access of every air plane to the relevant air space due to military project or the move of the President or the head of other nations. The flight may be cancelled if an important defect is found on the date of flight and is considered that the defect may threaten safe flying.
