My first task wasn’t the big project but it was difficult to me. I thought that I can’t handle it. But when I finish this project on my own, I felt really encouraged. So, I recommend don't be afraid take a big project. It’s really worth more than our expectation.
I really want to give an advice to people who mostly just started work. ‘Be humble’. This is what I want to tell. Of course Technical skill is very important. But more important thing is basic, principle, and listening carefully to the other people. If you are professional about work, I think it’s not hard to do those things. Now we cannot survive just have one talent. We have to improve ourselves. Listen to what other people say about you, and take it as an advice for your own good. You have to absorb their skill & knowledge quickly like a sponge.
I went to ‘SVP’ which is Samsung New employee training as a senior. It was really exciting experience than I expected. I had to spend several days and nights to prepare this project, but it was really meaningful experience. I still keep letters from juniors, which received at that time. That letters still make my heart beat, because it reminds the exciting moment. I hope new Samsung employees can have same feeling like me.
SI Solution development work is adjust or make a new direction of Core items such as CCTV, RFID and etc, which are already developed or scheduled to develop, according to Customer's request. Hereafter SI Solution development work has potentialities of Business expansion and development. We try to let other various companies in the world, mostly in Algeria, know about Samsung Techwin’s Solution business. And we also work on finding new item which can be applied to new security paradigm.
I want to make a better company which is everyone wants to work. So, I am trying to conduct rather than just think. In addition, I want to prove that I can do my best for the work about I was given. I will always learn, listen so that I could be helpful for other people.
