The Samsung MBA has two categories: Socio-MBA and Techno-MBA. The Samsung MBA supports those who are deputy managers or lower to get an MBA of their choice. Those who get certain qualifications will be raised as future managers and leaders of the next generation. The Socio-MBA is designed to raise strategic staff to cope with change of management culture of the 21st century and a professional work force in management support sector. In short, a socio-MBA raises visionary leaders with international sense and crisis management ability and with professional knowledge in neighboring fields. Those who are selected for the socio-MBA can concentrate on getting degrees under the unlimited support of the company.
The Techno-MBA intends to develop managers in manufacturing sectors with management and technological sense as well as information and computer abilities.
Samsung will encourage managers with management ability and professional knowledge in expert fields to survive in the 21st century led by Korea Advanced Science and Technology (KAIST) and technologically advanced countries in Europe and the USA.

This is a program to educate core talent who will lead future Samsung. It includes a regional expert course, Techno-MBA, Socio-MBA, 21st century leader course, 21st century CEO course.
Specifically, the Techno MBA and Socio-MBA established in the 21st century are conducted apart from work in order to raise management work force with professional abilities.

| Globalization Program |
The Globalization Program is divided into globalization education and foreign language education. Globalization education consists of six courses such as a management course for overseas business, and various courses and regional research courses for those who go to new postings and those who return from postings. Foreign language courses are 12 week courses, so as to understand diverse languages and cultures (English, Chinese, Japanese, German, Russian, Indonesian and Malaysian languages, Spanish, and Portuguese.)

This program is divided into ¡®basic education¡¯ for new appointees such as new staff members, new managers, new heads of department, and new executives, as well as ¡®raising education¡¯ for those in the higher positions.
There are introduction courses for new staff members, and seminar courses for new managers, heads of department, and executives.
