Subject of employment

Samsung level 3 new employees : While a level 3 employee commonly refers to graduate employees, you can apply regardless of academic ability. ※ While recruitments of level 4 new employees (community college standard) and level 5 new employees (high school graduate standard) are principally employed directly by each company, they are to be separately notified if required.

Recruitment period

For new employee recruitment, there is regular recruitment, which is normally practiced every first and second half of each year, and normal recruitment, which is practiced as required due to the management environment and organization changes.

Document screening Through document screening, we review if the applicants are subjects of the field which the company finds necessary. The basic screening is carried out around the present elements of our company, and the screening will check out whether the written application is true or not.

Samsung work aptitude test It is a tool which can select adventurous and creative talents, and is carried out as basic ability test and working ability test. (SSAT screening)

Interview

  1. 1. Character interview Concentrated evaluation through individual questions about basic characteristic and adaptability Interview times is 10 min~20 min for each person
  2. 2. Presentation interview Concentrated evaluation around basic working ability and applicability by work group Interview times is 10 min~20 min for each person By allowing the applicants themselves to state their opinions about the themes of specialty by each group, they can express special knowledge, experience, ambition and passion to suit the value and the sense of the new generation.
  3. 3. Group discussion The applicants are to share their opinions about the themes of specialty by each group, and be totally evaluated by their logical, persuasive and communication abilities. Interview time is 40 minutes for each group of 4~6 people

Qualification for application

There is no limitation of one’s academic ability. There is no discrimination against sex. There should be no reason of disqualification for overseas travelling and no history of vasion of military service.

Review of application document

Through document examination, we review if the applicants are subject of the field which the company needs. The basic examination is carried out around the present elements by each company. The contents of the application form are checked for whether they are true or not.

Samsung work aptitude test

It is a tool which selects adventurous and creative talent, and the talents are evaluated by basic ability examination and working ability examination. There is preferential reatment for foreign language ability or special qualifications related to job.

Interview

Interview is practiced by character interview, presentation interview and group discussion interview.
